Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Because Tickets4Funs serves as a marketplace connecting ticket buyers and event organizers, our standard policy is that all sales are final. Refunds are strictly at the discretion of the event organizer.

2. Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled entirely by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa). Please allow standard processing times for the funds to reflect.

3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the specific organizer's policy. Please contact support to initiate a request.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for extenuating circumstances, please contact us at tickets4funs@gmail.com. We will forward your request directly to the event organizer for review.
